SMS 3G to 1212)You will get a response saying….

3G services have been activated on your mobile. If you wish to change 3G bill plan, SMS 3G to 121.To use 3G follow these 3 steps. Step 1) Select network selection settings to “automatic”
Step 2) Choose “3G only mode” on handset settings and wait for network
registration.
Make sure your mobile Network setting is set for Dual Mode( 2g/3g UMTS) or UMTS only not just GSM mode.
