Access multiple email accounts with GMAIL

Gmail, My favorite Email service provider. No one in the world comes even 10% closer to what Gmail offers. Super fast email delivery , 100s of options for accessing it. Always free. No premium charges(Well almost). & above all they don’t add any ads in the messages sent through their services (Yahoo/ Hotmail / Aol are you listening? ) . What i personally love is hundreds of apps available under labs section.

At the end of the day we all endup maintaining multiple email addresses, Which is really painful for me at-least. Logging in to each mail account and check if there are new mails takes crazy amount of time.
So here is a nice & quick solution.
Get all your mails right in a single Gmail account & Reply from the same address the message was sent to. This way the recipients never get to know that you used Gmail & you save plenty of time.
Here is how to do it:
Step 1: Goto https://mail.google.com/mail/?shva=1#settings/accounts & click on the button that says “Send mail from another address” in the send mail as section. Follow the instruction given by gmail since then, Get the account verified.


Step 2 : On the same page you will also find an option to fetch mails using POP3 in the section called  ”Get mail from other accounts:” Click on the link that says “Add a mail account you own”

Step 3: Put in all the pop3 details over there & you are done. POP 3 settings for GMAIL are given here , POP3 settings for Yahoo Mail are given here , Pop3 Settings for Hotmail can be found here , POP3 & SMTP settings for AOL Mail are given here
P.S Once you follow these instructions you will start getting all the mails from different accounts in your Gmail Inbox, If your  POP3 settings are not listed here, Don’t worry you should consider asking your email provider for this, Or list your email ID in the comment box below & we shall get back to you,,,
